Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. What Growvia provides

Growvia ("we", "us") sells websites as digital goods and related services. Generated packages (Starter, Growth, Pro, Tailored) are produced automatically from the configuration you submit in our builder. Bespoke packages are produced by our team according to the brief you submit. By placing an order you confirm the configuration and details you provided are accurate.

2. Delivery

Generated websites are delivered digitally: the website is published to a URL under our domain and the complete website files are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is complete when the delivery email is dispatched to that address. Tailored design passes are delivered within 3 business days; Bespoke projects within the timeline agreed at kick-off.

Every order is tracked in an audit log that records the time of purchase, the payment reference, the generation of your website, the dispatch of the delivery email and the availability of your live link. This record constitutes proof of delivery.

3. Payments

All prices are one-time payments in US dollars, processed by our payment partner. You receive a receipt by email for every transaction. Add-on services are charged at the time of order and fulfilled after your website is delivered.

4. Refunds and disputes

Because generated websites are digital goods delivered instantly and irrevocably — you receive the complete files — all sales are final once delivery is complete, as recorded in the order's audit log. If your order was not delivered, or what was delivered materially differs from the package you purchased, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate, repair or refund at our discretion.

Initiating a payment dispute for an order our records show was delivered is treated as a breach of these terms. We respond to all disputes with the order's complete delivery evidence, including timestamps, payment reference, email delivery confirmation and the cryptographic fingerprint of the files delivered.

5. Ownership and license

Upon delivery you own the website files produced for your order and may host, modify and use them without restriction. Stock photographs are provided under their source licenses (Pexels license or equivalent), which permit commercial use. The Growvia name, brand and generation platform remain our property. Your growviauae.com link is provided as a convenience and remains live at our discretion; we recommend hosting the delivered files on your own domain for permanence.

6. Your content

You confirm that any text, images or other material you upload is yours to use and does not infringe any third party's rights, and you grant us the license needed to include it in your website. We may decline or cancel (with refund) any order containing unlawful or infringing content.

7. Liability

Websites are provided "as is" at delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
